As a very young and nearly graduated RCW, I walked into a job fair and handed my resume to the very first table I saw. Now, nearing 20 years, ILHS has not only been an organization that helps support people to live independently and with purpose, ILHS has become an extended family. They have consistently supported the workers to support the individuals in care. There have been times were we have all laughed so hard we cry, and times where tears float up because of long ago memories of pure butterfly moments.
